Milton Hebert is the driving force behind Milton Hebert Construction, a company built on a foundation of dedication and expertise. As a licensed contractor, Milton is not just an owner, but an active participant in every project, meticulously planning, executing, and ensuring the seamless coordination of labor, services, and materials. His hands-on approach, stemming from a genuine desire to create quality living spaces, is evident in his active involvement on job sites, often working side-by-side with his subcontractors. This deep understanding of construction stems from not only years of experience in framing, trim work, fixture installation, and landscaping, but also from formal education in HVAC, electrical fundamentals, and plumbing, solidifying his proficiency across all facets of building.

Milton’s journey began with a focus on community improvement, renovating existing homes to uplift low-income neighborhoods within the Acadiana Area since 1999. This commitment to quality and betterment served as the cornerstone for his business, which expanded significantly in 2008 when he obtained his residential and commercial contractor licenses in Louisiana. His drive and expertise allowed him to transition into building over 100 custom homes, spec homes, commercial buildings, and build-outs all within Acadiana. Beyond construction, Milton has emerged as a leader, actively recruiting talented subcontractors and mentoring new builders, contributing to the development of over 50 subcontractors throughout his tenure. His commitment to the industry has extended to his involvement with the Acadian Home Builders Association, where he has served on the Board of Directors since 2021.
